We went to the Central Cafés in our villages, to the Casas do Povo and spoke to the local people.
And we asked: who are the best cooks in the region?

As we were unable to take all of our guests to dinner at the homes of the best cooks in the region, we brought them to each Octant.

We looked for and found a handful of cooks, the ones that everyone praises and that their family members are proud of.

And they accepted our Chefs' invitation, so they will be cooking their best dishes for you here.

We visited the Arnel lighthouse, wandered along the cliffs of São Miguel and, in this last chapter, we discovered Mrs. Marília, Mrs. Vânia and Mr. Paulo.
